Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. This is a Dutch cultural standard, so nowhere in the Netherlands should you ever feel obliged to tip anyone, ever.

Yes.
We do not refuse journeys solely because they are short. If we are available and no legal or operational restriction applies, we are happy to take you to your destination.

Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone call. If operationally possible, we will help arrange the return of your belongings. Retrieval charges might apply.

Services outside these hours may occasionally be available by prior agreement, subject to availability, operational feasibility, and compliance with applicable Dutch transport regulations, including the Wet personenvervoer 2000 and related regulations.

You could request a booking through our website, by email, or through another official PXJFO communication channel. A booking is only confirmed once we explicitly accept it.

Every request is subject to availability and operational feasibility. We will always let you know whether or not your booking has been confirmed.

Quick Booking is intended for immediate or last-minute transport requests, for example when you are already near one of our vehicles. It does not guarantee that a ride is available. It leaves at least your e-mail address with us, which we could use for correspondence such as sending you an invoice if desired.

Yes.
We measure the price of a trip according to the fares determined by Dutch law.
Please click here to review the rates of 2026, and bear in mind that we primarily use the fares that apply for the transport of 5 to 8 people due to the capacity of our EX90.

Yes.
We are happy to consider your request, but fixed fares are always offered at our discretion and are never guaranteed.

We prefer electronic payments, including debit cards, credit cards, contactless payments, and bank transfers.
Cash in Euro’s is also accepted.

Yes.
A foreign currency handling surcharge applies, and acceptance depends on whether conversion is reasonably feasible.

Yes.
We prefer to operate a paperless receipt system, but we could always print receipts in the vehicle upon request. We could also provide proof of payment digitally and, upon request, send a formal invoice by email.

Yes.
Passengers may agree between themselves to divide the payment of a journey. However, only one invoice will be issued per journey and to the person or organisation requesting the invoice. The invoice will show the total fare charged, including applicable taxes.

Yes.
Eligible students receive a discount on regulated taxi meter fares upon presentation of valid student identification or proof of enrolment. Students enrolled at recognised educational institutions in the Netherlands receive an increased discount.

Usually, yes.
We kindly ask that you inform us in advance. Transport of pets is subject to approval, safety considerations, and operational feasibility. Assistance dogs are transported in accordance with applicable law.

Smoking and vaping in all their forms are strictly prohibited in all PXJFO vehicles.

Yes.
However, if access is unsafe, unlawful, or impractical, we will take you to the nearest safe and accessible location.

Yes.
If we are picking you up from Schiphol and if you shared your flight number with the relevant date, we will monitor your flight in real time to help ensure a smooth pickup.

Where reasonably possible, we will adjust the pickup time based on the updated flight information.
