TLDR: All bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation by PXJFO. Pricing is determined before the journey and may be based on a fixed fare, the regulated taxi meter, or a discretionary adjustment at the Company’s choice. Service remains subject to availability and operational conditions, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

Disclaimer

All transport services provided by PXJFO are subject to availability and require confirmation. A booking request, whether submitted via website, email, message, or any other channel, does not constitute a binding agreement. A contract is only formed once PXJFO has explicitly confirmed acceptance in writing or through direct in-person confirmation by an authorised PXJFO driver.

PXJFO operates on a best-effort basis to provide timely and reliable transport services. However, the Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, traffic conditions, weather, road incidents, airport operations, regulatory restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Where pricing is not agreed in advance, applicable regulated Dutch taxi tariffs or other clearly communicated fare agreements will apply.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information. PXJFO is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the passenger.
