No nonsense.
Because we like to keep it real, professionally.
At every stage of our service, we follow Dutch law first. This means we always play fair in the business of passenger transport: we either agree on a set price beforehand or use the taxi meter. In the latter case, we promise to strictly apply the transport tariffs as determined by Dutch law. Not a euro cent more.
None of our chauffeurs smoke. Ever. If there is a smell of tobacco—or anything else—in or around our vehicles, it is never due to our staff. That is a promise.
Tipping in the Netherlands is always kindly appreciated but never mandatory. Ever. Anyone telling you otherwise is either misinformed or trying to trick you.
We operate with an aviation-inspired safety discipline. For visibility and road safety, low beams are used at all times while the vehicle is in operation, regardless of time of day or lighting conditions.
Have we arranged your pickup from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport? We will then monitor your flight in real time using ADB-S radar services to ensure a seamless pickup.
We do not judge journeys by distance or convenience; if we are available, legally compliant in terms of driving time, and operationally able, we will take the job—whether it is a short city hop or a longer transfer—because every request is treated with the same level of respect. The only reasons we could not proceed, are prior commitments, safety considerations, or mandatory rest requirements under the law.
